On this day married women keep a fast for the happiness of children and for the attainment of unbroken good fortune. Worship method of Radha Ashtami fast-

Retire from bathing in the morning. After this, make a circle under the mandap and install a clay or copper urn in its central part.
Keep a copper vessel on the Kalash.
Now install a gold (if possible) idol of Radhaji decorated with clothes and ornaments on this pot.
After that worship Radhaji with Shodashopachar.
Keep in mind that the time of worship should be exactly midday.
After worship, observe complete fasting or take one meal at a time.
On the second day, according to the reverence, feed the married women and Brahmins and give them Dakshina.
