There, the Basil plant is considered as the form of Maa Lakshmi. It is said that if a Basil plant is planted in the house, then negative energy does not enter the house.
It is believed that if a student does not memorise quickly, then sitting there under the banana tree shade, he will get a lot of benefit and his memory power will increase.
If Neem tree is planted in or around someone's house then it is considered auspicious in Hindu Religion because this tree always provides positive energy.
According to Vastu Shastra, Peepal tree is not considered to be auspicious in any corner of the house. No fruit tree should be planted indoors except berries and guava trees. Trees with Milk inside sould also not be in the house or around the house. All these trees create fear in the house.
