Tomorrow is the ninth date of Navratri and on this day the mother is sent off. On this day one should get up early in the morning. Then after taking a bath, a post should be placed. Install the idol or statue of Maa Siddhidatri on it. After this offer flowers to the mother. Offer pomegranate fruit to the mother. Then offer Naivedh. Sweets, Panchamrit, and homemade dishes are offered to the mother. Havan is also performed on this day.

Mother Siddhidatri is called by the names Anima, Laghima, Prapti, Prakamya, Mahima, Ishitva, Vashitva, Sarvakaavasayita, Omniscience, Doorshravan, Parakayapraveshna, Vaksiddhi, Kalpavrikshatva, Creation, Destruction, Immortality, Sarvanyayatva, Emotion, and Siddhi. Mother is seated on a lotus flower. The lion is his conveyance. It is believed that by worshiping the mother, all kinds of worldly, transcendental desires of a person are fulfilled. Mother fulfills every wish of her devotees.
