On the ninth day of Chaitra Navratri, we worship Maa Siddhidatri. This day is also known as Ram Navami. This day is significant for performing special rituals to seek the blessings of Goddess Siddhidatri, who bestows her devotees with all sorts of siddhis. Goddess Siddhidatri is depicted with four hands, seated on a Lotus and riding a lion. She has a Gada in one hand, a Chakra in the other right hand, a lotus flower in one left hand and a Shankh in the other left hand. She symbolises the unchanging form of divine energy, and bestows wealth and health in life.

On the day of Navami, it is important to wake up early, take a bath, and wear purple-coloured attire, which symbolises spiritual growth, luxury and elegance.
Clean the temple area and sprinkle it with Gangajal, then install an idol or picture of Maa Siddhidatri.
Light a diya with ghee in front of the Goddess and offer vermillion (Sindoor), akshat (rice), and flowers, particularly jasmine.
One can offer bhog made with sesame seeds to the Goddess during Chaitra Navratri to achieve all the siddhis.
During the worship, recite the Durga Chalisa or the Durga Saptashati. Conclude the rituals by performing Aarti and distributing Prasad (blessed food).
Chant the mantra "Om Devi Siddhidatryai Namah" as it deeply connects you to spirituality and brings the blessings of Maa Siddhidatri.
