Lord Shiva further told Mata Parvati that man should always do good deeds in life. Good deeds yield auspicious results and auspicious destiny is created. As a person performs the deeds, so is the destiny. Destiny is very powerful, according to it the soul enjoys. The creature may fall asleep in the ecstasy, but its destiny is always awake. That's why one should always do good deeds.
