1. If you want to make a basement on the entire plot, then make something in such a way that its entrance is in the east or north or north-east. According to Vastu, by doing this, it will be possible to enter the nectar rays of the sun in your basement in the morning.

2. The entrance to the basement must be opened regularly in the morning so that the rays of the sun, especially in the morning, can enter the basement without any obstruction and create positive energy. 

3. According to Vastu, always white, light yellow, green or light pink color should be painted in the basement. According to Vastu rules, dark colors should always be avoided in the basement.
