Here are the visions of Mahadev's twin form

Dhaneshwar Mahadev is said to have been founded by Kuber himself. It is said that when Ravana snatched the golden Lanka from Kuber, He performed penace of Lord Shiva to get it back. Devotees worship the same form of Bhole Bhandari as Dhaneshwar. Along with Dhaneshwar Mahadev, the Lukeshwar Mahadev temple, which is built, is equally ancient.
According to the story of Vishnu, the woman of Purani, a demon named Bhasmasura had performed Mahadev’s penance and found a boon that the one whom he placed his hand would be consumed. After receiving the boon once Bhasmasura ran after Lord Shiva. Fearing Bhasmasura, Mahadeva hid in these bushes on the banks of Narmada river and then Lord Vishnu took the form of a woman and fraudulently placed Bhasmasura’s hand on himself. Bhasmasura was burnt into ashes with his own blessings and from then onwards Bhole Bhandari came to be called as Lukeshwar.
The miracles of these two forms of Mahadeva can be felt only after you come to the this temples. While devotees are blessed to come here and see the unique form of Mahadeva as they believe visiting the temple not just gives them peace but also blesses them with a happy life. Most importantly, devotees get rid of all kinds of pitra dosh by feeding the Brahmins here.
