But in this article, we are telling you about those things mentioned in Shiv Purana which have been kept in the category of great sins. Let us know about those things which you should not do even by mistake on the day of Shivratri as they make shiva more angry.
Thinking and doing wrong to someone is a sin. If you are doing fast-worship of Shivaratri, then take special care of this thing on this day. Because not only doing bad for someone but thinking is also wrong. There is such a belief of Sanatan Dharma that one should not bring wrong feelings in one's thinking about any person.
-One should never keep an evil eye on the husband or wife of others. Especially on the day of Shivratri, one should not do this even by mistake.
It is believed that doing this or even wishing to do so is also a sin. Apart from this, thinking of making others' wealth your own is also a crime in the eyes of Lord Shiva.
-One should not insult the Guru, parents, wife or ancestors not even by mistake on the auspicious day of Shivaratri. Apart from this, having relations with the wife of the guru, drinking alcohol and taking back the donated things or money is also considered as a great sin. So avoid doing this. Otherwise Shiv ji never forgives.
-Grabbing the property of others in a wrong way, stealing the things of Brahmin or temple and grabbing it, is also considered as a sin on the day of Shivaratri. Apart from this, harassing or harming gentlemen and normal people also comes under the category of heinous sin.
So, remember to not perform such wrong things and worship shiv in the month of savan and on the day of shivratri with pure heart.
