Dwadashi Sannyasi Shraddh
- On the day of Dwadashi Tithi of Pitru Paksha, a special Shraddh ritual of Sanyasis is being organized by Myjyotish on the Ganga Ghats, Haridwar. It is believed that the Shraddh on Dwadashi Tithi is especially dedicated to those departed souls, saints, and family members who had taken Sannyas in their life or who attained Brahman in the form of Sanyasi.

- In this, the souls who have taken sannyas are worshiped with special rituals different from the normal household rules.
- The ritual includes, In this special and ritualistic method, a pledge is taken with your name and Gotra, and then tarpan of ancestors, pind daan, Ganga pujan, food and charity, and deep daan ritual will be done.
- Special Vedic mantras will be chanted for the ancestors along with tarpan of Kush, black sesame seeds, and pure water.
- Besides, a special resolution will also be taken to wish for the happiness, peace, prosperity, health, and well-being of the family.
