During Navratri, all forms of the Goddess are worshipped and meditated upon, and in some places, the Mahavidyas are specifically honoured. Among them, Maa Baglamukhi is particularly worshipped.
Maa Baglamukhi is considered the eighth of the ten Mahavidyas. She has a special affection for the colour yellow, which is why she is also known as Goddess Pitambara. In her idol, she is always represented wearing yellow clothes, symbolising her unique form and power.
